The Dealer program

Every great room
has a host worth the trip.

Dealers are creators with real audiences: glamour, comedy, gaming and lifestyle personalities who already hold people's evenings. We give them a table, a studio, training, protection and a share of the room they build.

How a Dealer earns

Paid for the room.
Never for anyone's losses.

Four income lines, with the creator-economy split on everything personal. The house shares the room's aggregate revenue the way an affiliate deal would, but no Dealer is ever paid on what a specific player loses.

The Dealer's code

Charm the room.
Protect the player.

Every Dealer signs this code. Moderators and automated monitoring check it on every stream.

01Never ask anyone to deposit, bet more, keep playing or "win it back".
02Never comment on a player's losses or wins as a reason to play on.
03Treat every guest the same, whatever they spend.
04Close every show on time and wish the room goodnight.
05Flag any player who seems distressed, intoxicated or underage, using a one-tap report.
06Keep the tables sensual, never explicit, and promote only in licensed markets.
Dealers are protected too

The house looks after its own.

Safety & privacy

Stage names, location masking, live moderation, a zero-tolerance harassment policy and anti-doxxing support.

Ownership

Dealers own their likeness and audience. They get a licence to their content and clear exit terms.

Wellbeing

Capped show hours, paid rest, access to counselling and a Dealer council with a voice in policy.
